Charities
Although the events organised by the society are fun and provide a bit competitiveness and rivalry, especially in the men's' Victoria Sponge and some of the vegetable classes at the village show. There is a serious side.
Through the various events, we aim to raise funds for both local and national charities. Over the years we have donated to many causes, from Just 42 a youth charity working with children and young adults in the local area and national organisations such as The Alzheimer's Society and Marie Curie.
By attending and supporting our events helps us to continue supporting charitable work.

Grundisburgh Scouts
The scouts need a new HQ for themselves and the other uniformed groups who share the current building.

The Woolverstone Wish
The Woolverstone Wish Fund has been created in order to raise money to refurbish the Chemotherapy outpatient clinics and day-unit in the Woolverstone Wing of Ipswich Hospital. The aim is to increase the available space, improve privacy for patients and provide a more comfortable treatment area.
